The Inaugural Cape Cod
What is a Combine?
A combine is where athletes have the opportunity to participate in drills that assess speed, power, strength, agility, and flexibility. Athletes (grades 7-12) will be assessed using state of the art laser timers, vertical leap towers, and more. Participating at the Cape Cod Combine allows you to have access to results online.
Why Participate?
- Best way to get baseline measurements of your athletic ability.
- The data recorded will be a great tool for you, your coaches, and your trainers.
Before your summer training begins for the fall season, get a head start on the competition.
Plan. Progress. Perform.
