The modern fitness coach has also embraced technology as an essential part of delivering a professional service and helping their clients track their progress, maintain their goals and celebrate their victories.
FitPlan Coaches will share a detailed assessment breakdown, send you the long-term plan, and have each week’s training built out in advance with notes on execution. And, with the FitPlan technology, you have a virtual portal to your coach who is always quick to respond with a video message even on the days you’re not training together.

MEET YOUR COACH
During your 60 minute meeting your coach will get to know you, your goals, training experience and lifestyle habits to identify obstacles that may hold you back. Your coach will then determine an optimal training schedule.

PERFORM YOUR PHYSICAL ASSESSMENT
You’ll perform various movements and tests to identify your current skill level and establish your baseline level of strength and endurance. As your training progresses, you and your coach will revisit your assessments, monitor your progress, and endure that you are constantly moving forward.

START YOUR TRAINING
Using the information from your initial consultation and physical assessment your coach will build out your custom program and nutrition plan. At the end of each training session, you will receive updated training stats, review historic performance, and chat with your coach about your training. Your coach will use this data to guide your monthly consultations.

CHECK-INS AND MONTHLY CONSULTATION
With regular feedback on workouts and access to direct message your coach, you’ll have the feedback and communication you need to stay on track with your targets. Monthly consultations allow you and your coach to dive into your progress, assessing lifestyle, nutrition, and training factors and how things can be optimized.
