Is TPI for you?
- Are you a golfer?
- Would you like to lower your handicap?
- Does your swing tend to fall apart on the back nine?
- Are you playing in pain?
If you answered yes to any of these questions, then yes—TPI is for you!
Fitness has changed the way PGA Tour Professionals are playing the game. They have discovered the secret to a better golf game and how to keep playing the game they love for longer.
We’ve been at this a long time…
Since 2008, Cape Cod Rehab’s Golf Fitness Program has been comprised of medical and fitness professionals certified by the Titleist Performance Institute (TPI). The Titleist Performance Institute is acknowledged worldwide as one of the top facilities for professionals and amateurs to improve their golf game.
This highly specialized program will benefit golfers of all levels and abilities by addressing mobility, stability, or strength issues specific to the golf swing though TPI’s 16 movement screens. Our TPI Certified Professionals are experts in how the body moves and finding ways to make your swing more efficient by pinpointing any movement patterns that could be robbing you of power and accuracy. Included is a one-hour biomechanical evaluation with a personalized stretching and strengthening program based on the analysis.
Our passion aims at preventing injury, extending your longevity of play, and improving your overall fitness!
